As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, I provide personalized healthcare for my clients  by offering nutritional and lifestyle advice. I believe in keeping it simple, food is there to be enjoyed and it doesn’t require complicated recipes to get the right nutrients into your diet. Small changes can make big differences.


My aim is to empower my clients to take control of their own health, to be the best version of themselves they can be and feel great! 

My Journey 

My journey began when I started doing yoga in my late 20s. Yoga taught me better body awareness, so when I ate healthier food my body felt better, as simple as that. I have also battled with skin conditions (acne, psoriasis), IBS and SIBO. Then I came across the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and became more interested in the science behind food as a therapy. But it wasn't until my dad passed away in 2014 that I took the plunge and enrolled in the course. It was a reminder that life is short and we should act now, not wait. 


We are lucky that we have a National Health Service (NHS) here in the UK, however there is too much pressure on it as we all know.  Nutritional therapy has an important place in taking this pressure off our NHS.


I myself have found ways to manage my conditions though food choices and lifestyle changes, and I hope to use this personal experience to support my clients in their journey to better health.
